If you’re just getting started with mobiles John Fedro would be an excellent choice.

We had the seller cover all closing costs, pushed out closing 60 days, and were able to use that to cover all closing costs and do a rate buy down for a year.

The numbers forecasted by them come nowhere close to reality.

Loan amount would be 144k, this would cover the payoff and some of your closing costs.

It just happened that im in the process of purchasing 2 properties this month. 1 is a rehab, that I plan on keeping for my self for a bit then selling.. the other is an invest property non owner occupied thats a 3 familyThe rehab I need to purchase out cash 105k and another 15k-20k to repairThe rental property I need to put 25% down and closing is around 70kSo I need 175k to purchase and another 30k to repair both properties I have 90k in liquid in a savings account,  230k in a 401k made up of the funds and stock and about 330k in my companies stock account..My plan was and not sure if this is the smartest way .. hence why I'm asking here!

Admittedly, it seems like he is needing to be a lot more hands on with the cheaper one, as she does not seem as experienced or knowing what questions to ask on front end to get a design knocked out quickly and efficiently.Things to think about with being an Airbnb host, that sort of stem from these questions: beyond some wall color choices and furniture selection, who is picking out dishes, flat ware, towels, blankets, sheets, pillows, mattresses.

If you don't have a ton of cash then NJ may be tough for you due to high price points (looking at 150k minimum for down payment and closing cost).
