People who get burned get mad, and when they do, they run to authorities to do something about it.The scariest thing I read on any of these forums are "newbies" who list wholesaling as one of the things they want to do along with a list of other stuff.

And when a writ of execution is issued for a tax lien, there is a "first sale" st the sheriff sale similar to the "Upset Sale" where all liens of record remain in place, and should a property thus exposed to sheriff sale repeatedly end up not selling, the taxing authority can petition a judge to allow for a "free and clear" sale (similar to the "Judicial Sale").Maybe that clarified things, maybe that muddled things further ... let us know ;)
