@Ana HowardI'm not an asset manager, but in my experience,  an LLC doesn't give you any advantage.Inspection periods, deposit amounts, closing dates, and credibility I would say are the only things that would influence a decisions on comparable amounts.Buying in bulk would obviously help your case, too.

Bottom line, you really lose a lot of control investing in condos...mainly because the HOA has so much influence on whether or not your property is a successful investment.
