Asset Managers- Best and Highest
Wondering if anyone can clarify how asset managers (in general, not only HUD) decide between highest and best multiple offers when offer amounts are comparable. Does being an LLC give advantage?

If you are referring to a HUD home for sale there are no highest and best given in multiple offer situations. The highest acceptable net to HUD on that given day wins. Financing or cash, entity or individual does not matter at all
