Yeah, I know it's bold (or maybe just stupid) to FSBO but I think one of these services will give me a little more warm and fuzzy feeling about doing it.Postlets is a good idea whether I use ListingSpark or not.  

Also it may pay to have an architect draw out prints to spell out exactly how the repair will be made and with what materials.

These guys where real estate investors them selves, but now ran construction companies, print shops, etc.

I'd rather see them be bold enough to share here on BP, before they get sucked into some pay-for-my-secrets guru vortex.

Bonus points for giving a physical printed copy to each potential tenant along with the application. 

Hey gang,  I wanted to ask the people in the community what they thought about sourcing marketing to a site like yellow letters or open letter, or if people took the time to design the pieces themselves and maybe have them printed locally.Just looking for tips and tricks as my partner and I are getting ready to start marketing Sep. 1st. 

Print out the assessments of those similar neighboring houses that have a lower tax and make that part of your appeal packet.
