Search all the 2-1 & 3-1 rentals within a 10 block radius and see how everything’s priced at the low, and newly refurbished end. 

Investing in northern NJ is, in my opinion, great, but definitely requires city-by-city and, frequently, block-by-block knowledge of these areas to fully understand the area.Best of luck!

But if you have "less money to start," start evaluating other markets around the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).Start with how much cash and credit you have access to.

I have around 24 collection accounts and only one was paid in full and a few more have received very small amounts, around 10% or less.Be sure to use a company that has access to other states because bad tenants tend to move a lot.

Each house has its own cleaning supplies/extra linens in locked closet that guests can't access.
