I would love to find a store that sells either smaller pieces or leftover pieces or tops that other people ended up not wanting/using.

Those type of larger tenants take a long time to commit to a new space or move a store from another location.

It went something like this: start small with something that makes you money while you sleep; an example was to start with an empty lot and let people park their cars on it to sell them, then from the income you upgrade fencing areas for park and store small businesses like landscaper's equipment and people with boats or RVs are likely candidates, once that creates enough money you can upgrade to actual storage units.

Think of athletes for example who get taken by managers, business associates and such because they were not watching the store. 

We want to put in new carpeting and I'd prefer to not use the big box stores due to negative past experiences. 

They have boats, bikes, RVs and payments up to their eyeballs in their $500k houses.  

I'm looking to be pointed in the direction of a good commercial broker particularly for national retail stores.
