Hi there,

Currently, transitioning from W-2 income earner to full time buy and hold investing. Interested in out of state investing for better price points than Los Angeles area. I'm in escrow on a SFR in Saint Louis -- my first out of state purchase. Eager to learn from and share with Bigger Pockets community.

Extensive background in mortgage lending and non-profit residential development.
