Curb appeal is vanilla for the area, no problem there.

I can't vouch for this myself since I haven't used this process, but I've heard others report that you can have Airbnb cancel the booking with no penalty to you if you stated that signing a lease is required upon booking.

If no mention was made of any type of special cleaner in the lease - that seems like an error on your part and would be a cost that you would have to bear.if you are charging the renter how old the units are makes a difference.

Good thing about delayed financing is there is "No Title Seasoning" so no 6 months wait to pull cash out.

A lot of times the process will start, but there's no telling when it will complete due to uncooperative family members.
