According to Title 6 Chapter 83 Section 49 subsection 2 paragraph (b) IT ACTUALLY STATES (b) State the name and address of the depository where the advance rent or security deposit is being held, whether the advance rent or security deposit is being held in a separate account for the benefit of the tenant or is commingled with other funds of the landlord, and, if commingled, whether such funds are deposited in an interest-bearing account in a Florida banking institution.

If your tenant sent you several letters asking to fix the front porch steps which were in need of repair and you failed to do so, then they fell and got hurt, YOU personally are now also responsible in addition to the LLC due to your negligence.As far as number of properties per entity, the quantity of properties should have NO bearing on your decision, but only the amount of "equity" in the LLC.
