We go a little distance out of Austin, but I've not worked that far out--I'd have to come up with a whole new pool of subcontractors and labors.Depending on how far it is, I could consult, and we could even drive down there and build a scope of work for you, but I think the valley is too far for me to do a good job running the restoration job for you.

However you pay your investors back is a separate issue and if you are pooling money together to lend the $ you will need to determine if your a reg D or reg A and how to handle that.You will also need to get lender licenses in the states and have a compliance department as well as make sure you are fully Dodd frank compliant.
