Who is paying for the background check?

@Gregory Schwartz depending on what your MOS and background is you could look into a job at USAA Real Estate on either the debt or equity side as an analyst.

They do run a background check for fraud and are concerned about that but not credit issues.Loan Terms: 9 months or less.Loan Size: $75,000- 1M Max LTV/ARV:Lender provides 100% financing of the purchase price and rehab costs as long as the total loan does not exceed 70% of the ARV.

I performed a background check on the contractor.

I want to create a team of investors and other professionals with different backgrounds.

The area is short on decent housing, & rents have gone up a LOT recently, so I was able to be picky about what mattered to me in tenants (stable, well-liked in the community, & as a bonus, construction background!).

I think my background and contacts could be beneficial if you decide to invest in Clarksville. 

If you have an unpermitted structure; that may cause some insurance issues in the event a claim was made that had something to do with the non permitted structure.Maybe someone with an insurance background can comment on the non permitted structure.As far as marketing the property for rent and square footage.
