I have auto-deposits set up to draw funds from my other accounts each month that go into this account.

This keeps my end much simpler, as all I have to worry about is making sure my mortgage is on auto-pay.

We currently use Top Producer as ours, we have some great systems and auto mail follow up plans.

Have you considered any of the newer services that auto-price each day individually?

I have two University Degrees, in Mechanical Engineering, so you do not need to feel as though you are an alien.

I have tenants who use a special Bank of America debit card to make deposits too, and always use BofA auto -pays from those who have good accounts.
