Good morning BP,Does anyone have a recommendation for a RE attorney that they worked with for a foreclosure auction in Southern California? 

I bought it for 6500 at an auction and put about 25k in it with my owned money.

I’ll find a hard money lender for an auction property, renovate, refinance and rent.

I bought it at a auction about 6 years ago.

Hey all,I see quite a few properties being auctioned that are occupied.

The property will be up for sale at the next auction. 

The SWD only “warrants” against any defects/claims that occurred While the VA owned it....which would be from After the foreclosure auction until now, which is not when/where any title issues, if they exist, would have occurred.I would however, get my Own title commitment, and perhaps the insurance,from my own title company....as with Any other REO..  

Hello Jacob                  I recently bought a house in Wheeling West Virginia thru an auction, and i am about to go fix it and maybe do a BRRRR strategy there or just rent it. 

IRS tax liens, if filed which seems highly unlikely in this scenario, are not sold/auctioned off so there would be no affect on any other (property) tax liens markets.

There were several properties listed scheduled for auction this morning at my local courthouse.
