Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info.

I'll be attending some courthouse auctions next week and am focusing on them for now.  

I would suggest you start by building your education, whether that is a college degree, independent education on a skill or a trade, or surrounding yourself with mentors.

They are usually fresh out of college with lots of debt--- that means they can't afford a mortgage.- Why buy a house you have to all the work on yourself (mowing the lawn, watering the grass, etc) when you could live in an apartment building with an on-call maintenance man to do the work?

I'd love to find a club that provides good info and networking.Dave Havent attended yet, but heard real good things..

I've attended my first REIA meeting in hopes to network and meet local wholesalers willing to help me with my team building but haven't came across anyone as of yet willing to even share their contacts.

There is a great MeetUp in Orange County that you might want to attend.  

Since my career has been in home building since 1990, I felt it was an obvious transition.A business partner and I attended Rich Dad's 3-day real estate investing training.

I am a college student that in around one or two years will graduate undergraduate studies.

I will be attending my first real estate auction on Tuesday and need some advice from the pros.
