I can get grants for down payment assistance, portfolio loans, hard money, private money loans, etc.

While I feel like Denver will continue to stay high on that list for a little while (the diversity of our economy, the tech money coming in, the potential for mushroom exploration make it a multi-faceted place), I would note that in Denver, the rents have not met the mortgage yet, so it's very hard to get good cap rates or cash flow in Denver- despite the demand. 

Recently purchased a duplex and hoping to get recommendations on a tax accountant that is familiar with real estate investments to assist with filing.

I stupidly broke our rule of not renting to ANYONE who came with an agency's assistance. 

Usually, most residential zones will allow for various types of uses like daycares, assisted living, religious buildings and so forth.

It would be encouraged to refinance the 2 loans into one 30yr fixed rate mortgage within the first 3-5 yrs if you plan to stay past the 10yrs.Thank you for your assistance.
