Account Closed  OK KEN I get it now I finally checked out your profile and your website your a GURU you charge to teach this stuff.. your credibility is ZERO... your just another long lien of gurus' out to take money from these poor folks who will pay you 12K for your super coaching do one deal and fade away.. that's the reality .. did you not get the memo that BP by and large is anti Guru  LOL... good luck selling this crowd.

I always try to do things that will have the most positive effect on my business first especially in the mornings when I have the most energy that way when my energy drops as the day goes on I can relax a litte because the most important tasks I had are already done and I get pick and choose the other tasks that aren't as high on my to do list or I just have someone else do them for me to save myself energy hope this helps 

@Justin Fernandez - As mentioned above, the JV Agreement is in place, it outlines the tasks & outcomes of both of us - from marketing to closing.

I have always given freelancers a small task or part of the job to do first just to test their skills before committing to a large project with them.

-Aquire larger units in multi family (20+) -Begin analyzing commercial assets -Evaluate my portfolio and offload underperforming units and problem children -Continue to find sources of capital, find partners -Build or improve my current/future team and delegate, automate task/functions -Cash flowing enough to begin/or change my career pathPhase Four.

The answer if two fold really: (1) A detailed consumer report takes a certain expertise and successor and (2) in today's litigious society it only makes sense to have such and important task completed by professionals. 

When I asked what the difference was they both said its just another list provider.Im already having a hard time delegating this task as I like to do everything myself.

@Bryan Pottshave you considered partnering with someone who can do more of the social interaction tasks while you do things more "behind the scenes"?

The time I've spent working lately hasn't been as MUCH as before..(12 hour days down to 11 hour days), but the tasks I'm doing now are more about building the business rather than operating within it.

I can say its much better than an investor doing it themselves because it's a cumbersome task.
