Personally - we have found a lot of success scaling from single family to multi by a combination of all the above.

These are all major cities so any strategy can work in any of these cities.

It's all about providing value and building genuine connections.

If a deal is split 50/50 and you are using the BRRR strategy, at refinance time do you split the money you get back or does it all go back to the money partner and then everything gets split moving forward?

Nothing our agent has done has seemed “wrong” to us, but of course, almost all of his communication with potential buyers and buyers’ agents happens behind the scenes.

I also try my best to avoid working with them at all though lol
