Other issues that have come up include the required 60 day notice on the part of the landlord to terminate a tenancy at will (month to month lease) or make other changes to the monthly lease, the importance of adding your address to the lease and requirements if a landlord owns 10 or more properties or has these handled through an outside source.I don't know where you reside but getting someone with a FICO score of 740 is almost impossible around here. 

The ADU (with a separate address) adds about 700sqft (2BR/2BA) to the existing 1100sqft (3BR/2BA) main home, with the additional sqft and bed/bath count showing up on the property's title report.

The car loan does not concern me at all, I want to see the prior address history and any odd items that could be unpaid utilities or prior landlords from the credit report.

Your landlord/tenant attorney (assuming you have one, if not, you should) will know how to address this for your local laws. 

At this point all I have is the decreased persons name and the property address. 

I’d say if you’re going to post on Facebook /Craigslist which is the public,  don’t include the full address.

The ADU will have its own address and separate gas/electric meters, etc.
