I have a hard time selling but if you need that equity to get a better return for you and have a path to accomplish that, then selling might be wise.

These rolls can be purchased in various densities to accomplish higher R-Values, even for cavities of the same thickness.As for what's best or most efficient - questions without absolute answers in my opinion... find out what the pros do in your area - that'll be a good indicator.Also, given your locale, you may be required to have a vapor barrier, so be sure to check into that.Good luck!

I believe if I get my goal and my plan of accomplishing it down on paper with more specifics, it will make it much easier to take action, because it will be much easier to see what actions are going to lead to the goal.
