Normally it's some deal I've seen before and they have it under contract for MORE than the price I passed on when it was offered legit.Putting a property under contract as if you're the buyer (which is unlikely and is typically the result of mass text/spam campaign), then trying to shop it out to buyers, and keeping all the details hidden from everyone, is just sleaze.But the reason for my post was just that I'm getting 1000 texts -- often for the same property (indicates stale list) -- often for properties I sold years ago (indicates bad data).
