I am also someone that is willing to learn, so I am focusing on the resources I have at hand to learn something new everyday!

If you just focus on one thing only, like buying and holding, this will make you a better investor, but if you try to do too may  things  wholesaling, flips, notes, and buy and hold, I personally think it will be too much.

As I am able to self fund my office space without bank assistance, what should my focus be in finding a space?

I would just work on a referral system with a PM company...that way you can focus on actually finding good quality deals and making sure the repairs are done right.

I was focused on my business for the last 8 years and now have 2 stores for my business and I am finally in a position where I'd like to get back to doing some form of RE investing. 

I am confused at where your outrage is focused. 

I would love to but we focus more on business returns. 

My main focus is cash flow and my goal is to replicate my salary within 10 years, which might be a bit aggressive.

In the past 4 years, I have bought multi-family apartments and find that the cash flow there is great, and in this environment (not typical), the appreciation was good too.And now to do both (Yes and No); If I was in your shoes trying to decide what to do, I would focus on finding myself a place to live in that I could call my own.

My biggest concern would be that if you focus on the roadblocks, that is all you will see.I'd encourage you to focus on the ways you can make money in real estate.
