When done right being a residential rental investor is very rewarding from a financial, social and emotional perspective.

It isn't always glamorous but very rewarding one day, so I have heard.

So I poured all my efforts into succeeding in real estate, and thus far have been rewarded greatly.

Leadership is the ability to turn vision into reality.....make it happenremember that old computer sitting in IBM's headquarters that some nerdy kid bought for dirt cheap and everyone laughed at him......He is now today's wealthiest person....reward does not come without risk.....just make sure it is calculated to the best of your ability

I'm at a crossroads and I want to follow the path that rewards me with both enjoyment and the tools necessary to become a successful investor.

It can be hard but rewarding. 

So, it really becomes a question about your desire for reward matched with your tolerance for risk.

I was listening to their numbers and came to the same conclusion you have, too much risk for too little reward. 

In fact I believe that serving the comunity in a good way will ulitimatly be financially rewarded very well.
