After a few months (and paying off alot of my debt) I realized I was making ok money and felt much more at ease in my life. 

Now I'm being told that the interest rate is more realistically going to be 7.125-7.6%, which makes the purchase significantly less desirable.So my question: Is 7.125% market rate or is this something I should be looking into?

I have a D&B account associated with it, a bank account(I will be moving to another bank at some point in the next few months), and I have a business credit card.Should I dissolve the LLC, or change the name? 

Was primarily looking into newer constructions.

I am looking to get back into growing my investments in RE.

If you have a property manager handling it for you, pass it along to the Tenant at cost of the Workman plus the markup of the property manager, whatever amount that is.Spackle is cheap, but paint can get costly especially if two coats are required. 

After thinking about it further a good ol BRRRR at 300k is my best bet.
