Reworked main unit floor plan opening up walls, adding two bedrooms, in unit laundry on main floor, separating electric and gas, adding second furnace, converting to legal duplex, new kitchen in main floor, new flooring throughout main floor, new plumbing on main floor, cleaned out garage.

I didn’t do any exterior work to this one except power washed, and a small amount of the concrete driveway was replaced.Other than that, all $ was spent inside.

My highest rent is 1400 for a 3 br multi level apartment.Features new hardwoodfloors and SS appliances.I spent alot (probably more than I should have) on updates to common areas such as laundry room to make overall house more confortable for my tenants so I feel that charging on the higher end for rent is justified.
