If it's the latter, you're really, really effective at telling people what they want to hear to move money from their pockets to yours.

That is something cash for keys should be the first thing to do! 

I moved out of CA to Nevada because it was too expensive in CA. 

I'm in the reno area and we have seen strong appreciation with Tesla, Apple, Switch and other data companies moving to the area.

Tenant didn't also pay the current lease .What can I do to get the lease and make sure the tenant moves at the end of their lease. thank you
