Right now I work as a full time registered nurse in the SF Bay Area.

Then after that the highest concentrations are found in NY, then Boston, then the Bay area.....and the median incomes of those people are not nearly as high as someone would expect. 

As a veteran, it's been my understanding that the max you can use for a VA Loan is about $729,000 or so even on a four-plex and even then it has to be in a hyperexpensive market like where I am in the Bay Area?
