Hi @Romano Livi House Hacking has gotten me and my family to financial freedom. 

Which is why most of us ae caught in this perpetual cycle to keep growing and building to protect what we already have.I think the dream most young investors have is to enjoy the bliss of financial freedom without being burdened by the responsibilities of a W2.

I’m sure there are plenty who make money doing this, but my uneducated guess is that it is very few and far between.There are no short cuts to financial freedom (except for silver spoons), it is a get rich slow proposition.

Equity build is the thing that gets you to financial freedom. 

Once I knew my goals (i.e. cash flow vs appreciation, time freedom, supplementary income, etc.) the area of real estate I wanted to start with seemed clearer.3.)
