How do you spend your time away from your 9-5 to get closer to a deal?

Any thoughts on how one should spend their time deal searching today? I've got 6 units so far all on 30 year fixed rate mortgages, but I realize I can only grow so fast saving 15-25% for a new property. Driving for dollars seems like a low percentage option but, I am curious to get others thoughts. How can I spend my time away from the 9-5 to get me closer to the next deal and financial freedom?
