If the liens are for something like lot clearing, securing the structure, etc they are going to be non-negotiable.It's going to be a huge headache for whoever has to deal with the liens but sometimes it can be worth it because there is often little competition for those type of properties.

Simply sending a handwritten letter that says "I buy houses $CASH$" isn't going to be effective if you have competition.2) After hundreds of wholesale deals I can confidently say that no two stories are the same.
