Not sure about other platforms or how to best "evade" the system.

I think it’s a good idea, I had my house on the platform but took it down for now. 

There is literally no credentials required, which means someone with no experience or bad advice could shout it from either platform. 

Each sms platform has its plus and minuses. 

I called the TDT office and asked if TDT collection and remittance was now being done by Airbnb because it says this on their platform and they laughed at me.  

New to this platform and new to REI but we have a strong financial background.

We’ve all made mistakes along the way and most of us wish we had this platform before some of those mistakes.

If you are a broker it is much easier to use the MLS as marketing platform knowing that you have all of those bases covered.
