Set up on a platform i.e.

Has anyone had any success finding deals on these platforms, and what was your process like doing so?

I have not gotten into it too much yet but I actually just started using "Hemlane" its an online PM platform and they have different levels of service. 

I do know agents that have great success with the platform, however more often than not I hear about experiences like yours.

@Curtis Davis Ok got it I think I was understanding wrong when I was listening and reading other platforms and wholesalers.

And obviously there are a ton of spreadsheets and DIY platforms and such for doing simple financials out there, too.So I'm curious if there's anything that I or someone like me could provide that would get you excited about outsourcing your bookkeeping.

Which platforms do you guys use and recommend I want to learn what people use nowadays.

What's driving me nuts is when someone books on any platform, it still automatically blocks those dates on the other ones, so it's literally just the pricing that VRBO isn't allowing to get pushed through.  

I would dual track this plan: apply somewhere else with a lender who has more than ten years licensed and is a mortgage banker who can choose from 20 platforms.
