What would an amazing bookkeeper be able to do for you?

Hi, all! I have a bookkeeping practice and a fascination with REI. I'm considering niching my business toward this industry, and, while I've found a lot of generic-looking websites for firms that say they're RE bookkeepers, they rarely actually talk about providing any services or benefits that a good bookkeeper wouldn't provide to any business. And obviously there are a ton of spreadsheets and DIY platforms and such for doing simple financials out there, too.

So I'm curious if there's anything that I or someone like me could provide that would get you excited about outsourcing your bookkeeping.

Is it just time? Peace of mind? The ability to focus your attention on relationships and deals rather than day to day cash management?

Is there particular analysis you wish you could see, or would having a great report package to present for financing, etc be a big deal to you?

Anything else?

TIA for any feedback or insight you're willing to give, and please feel free to get in touch if I can ever try to help you answer any questions or understand any of the financial stuff that you're likely to be dealing with as you grow :)

Good hunting!
Andy
