Leave one or two walls so it won't be a full new build but classify as remodel, it will skip a lot of permit work.

I've seen a brick wall apartment building with 8 -2 bed units that I like, it was built in the 60s.

What is needed to complete:-Additional painting and touchup painting of walls, trim, and blinds-Repairs to oak wood flooring, plus sanding, sealing, and clear-coating the entire floor-Laying marble tile around a fireplace-Installing a sink in a granite countertop, including cutting the holes, etc.

Depending on how much you're comfortable doing yourself e.g. fixing leaky faucet, changing light fixture, cracks in wall, new paint, 10% of rent per month is a reasonable first guess.

I'm currently out of state and I received a call from a tenet today that there is mold growing on the wall behind their couch and under the sink.

I need a place where I can let my dogs run free, let the kiddo run around in the yard, and generally not be wall to wall with a neighbor. 

The couples ended up fighting a lot and 2 doors had holes if I recall and 3 or 4 holes punched in the walls.  

Tile work should always be sealed - - it's not the issue of letting moisture out as it is not allowing it between the walls in the first place.
