What is needed to complete:-Additional painting and touchup painting of walls, trim, and blinds-Repairs to oak wood flooring, plus sanding, sealing, and clear-coating the entire floor-Laying marble tile around a fireplace-Installing a sink in a granite countertop, including cutting the holes, etc.

Depending on how much you're comfortable doing yourself e.g. fixing leaky faucet, changing light fixture, cracks in wall, new paint, 10% of rent per month is a reasonable first guess.

Tile work should always be sealed - - it's not the issue of letting moisture out as it is not allowing it between the walls in the first place.
