A friend of mine is a landscaper , he had to replace a driveway for a guy due to neighbors tree roots ( neighbors dont get along ) Part of the job was root pruning , he basically dug up all the roots that were over the property line , ( BIG roots) and they tripped all the branches hanging over the property line .

While on our trip we met a family from the Dayton OH area who, in addition to owning an HVAC business, owns 20 doors in that area.

It doesn't take much for a tenant to trip and fall, break their leg, and own your building.

A trip to the Bahamas once in my life sounds nice too!

Had an instance on a vacation home where the circuit breaker tripped and the fridge smelled really bad  when we finally had someone go look at the home. 

Sometimes a few days, one time I took an oversea trip to London and he was 18 days past due before I sent him a reminder. 

We have taken two scouting trips and have connected with a great Realtor who has been very helpful.

I was recommended that the Northeast was going to be nicer overall but I still need to make a trip there to check it out.

I lived there for 5 years while attending college (graduated in early 2017) and I currently make a trip down there about once a quarter to visit old friends (I live in south GA so it's about a 6 hour drive for me).

Thanks @Brian Levredge, I was interested in Chattanooga some time ago and made a trip last year to explore and check out the neighborhoods and seems like you are reflecting a lot of similar sentiment to numerous other people I was able to speak with.
