I’d probably just start calling / e-mailing some wholesalers and put the word out to the agents in my brokerage just to see if we can get any interest or any offer on the table.

@Shaquan Webster- if you buy a deal with decent fundamentals and plan to hold over a long period, what happens short term (10 years<) it doesn’t really matter.

This will help you calculate your estimated remaining VA entitlement, but really you should just go to the VA e-benefits portal thingie and get a new certificate of eligibility.... takes like 10 minutes inclusive of the "forgot my password" process... you look too young for your records to have been burned in 1973, those guys are kind of in a jam.Your position being eliminated was not something you could have known.

For All properties you acquire, make sure you first get a Title Insurance Committment, not just an O&E search And Title Insurance on each property.
