@Kyle Johnson I agree with @Mike S. that the better option is to have it titled into a trust and then have the beneficial interest of the trust be owed by an LLC (Preferably a multi-member LLC).

Rental income doesn't get hit with the self employed income tax, so having them in an S-corp isn't really necessary.In the future, we may break up properties by area or risk demographic.
