I would say one of the biggest things I see problems with is guests coming in and clicking buttons right away.I think it is necessary to have laminated signs that tell guests how to use things like pool + spa remotes, A/C, specific lights if they are high tech (mood lights, color changing lights), and other things that a guest can get confused on and mad that it isn't working properly.

Easier to do in multiple states as you don't have to worry about taxes, etc.You only sell on price when you have nothing else to offer, so what are you going to offer to differentiate yourself from competition?
