@Darrell DegraziaIf you click on the magnifying glass and search this topic it is the most widely discussed topic on BP and you will have 1,000 people tell you you don’t need a LLC and 1,000 thst tell you you need one LLC per propertyThis all comes down to what you are buying, what team you have in place and what level of risk are you willing to take on.
