@Sam Young, you also have to understand that while in the commercial space, you can have emotions tied up, often time you are dealing with sophisticated buyers who understand all the expenses involved in running a property.  

Buying a an expensive "home" that you like is a poor decision and an emotional one, so we don't do that.

Keep your emotions out of it.

I wouldn't put some of my personal property into the WY holding LLC, as it may weaken your protection, a case could be made that the LLC is becoming your alter ego and piercing its veil.

Too many emotional entanglements.

It is never an emotional decision. 

Glue takes longer to cure under 40 degrees and existing fittings such as elbows and couplings can be weakened with the cold. 

Turkish Lira must also have weakened quite a bit, although they often prefer payments in Euros when I was there last year.
