Your goal is not to simply collect business cards, rather collect conversations then business cards.

I was thinking of having business cards but before giving business cards out I need to find people to give them too.

The card is the way they will remember you.

I was hoping there was some sort of tool available for this but maybe not.I'm sure I can get on the county's GIS map page but am going to be sending a lot of post cards and need something to help streamline this process.

While I don't have a background with real estate currently, I do have a background with consumer lending (Auto loans, credit cards, personal loans, etc.).

All that being said you will get an incredible cash return compared to other investments if you play your cards right .

But I'll have to use a line credit, If I do all profits for a whole year will go to pay the line of credit and credit card back to fix it.

Stay simple don't go fancy, say what you have to on the card and that's it.
