You also have to fully disclose to your clients and customers that you have an ownership interest.I don't recommend it unless you really know what you're doing and can run it honestly with full disclosure.

You'll be getting less than 10% of buyer inquiries while those agents on your page will: - take those same leads and bring them on as exclusive buyer clients - show their own listings to these buyer leads- show dozens of other MLS listings to the buyer BEFORE showing them your FSBO listingZillow has a greater incentive to distribute buyer leads to paying customers and FSBOs oftentimes go months before finally hiring a broker to sell their property.
