Is anyone else using honestrenter.com?
For the last year, I have been using a service called honestrenter.com for lower (<700) credit score applicants. So far all that have taken the test (and scored highly) are excellent tenants. I recently for the first time, had an applicant do poorly on the test and as a result I did not rent to this person. It's a personality test of sorts. It appears to be attempting to weed out traits like strong "entitlement"; I tell my applicants it's kind of a good neighbor quiz. Honestly, I took it I can't see how anyone could actually fail it but I had someone manage. I am just wondering if anyone else is using this service and what results they have had? (I have no affiliation with this company other than as a customer).
