With so many people having major credit issues as a result of the financial crisis, the FICO credit reporting software, and other software used to issue credit, may need a rehaul for issuing new debt in the future.I don’t know much about how scores are calculated, given that each software program has a unique way that it calculates credit scores.

The 3 homes she appraised all had some unique traits as well, one was a 4/1 on a double lot, one was a 3/1 with a partially finished basement, the last one was a 3/2.

Welcome Ken.I'd agree with the rest here in that with your living expenses so uniquely low, coupled with this incredible down market topped off by historically low interests, i'd say take advantage and try and pick up 1 or 2 multi family investment properties or even sf if no multis are available in your area.good luck,chris
