Now I decide to run my numbers on three differet properties; I get all my data, the vacancy rate, the bills, maintenance costs, property management costs, real estate taxes and so on...In one case, I see that the advertised price is 120.000 and the NOI is 10.000.

The seller just said no, they are not willing to negotiate the price down or remedy the situation...The mouse situation was not disclosed to us when looking at the house, they actually advertised the house as being "move in ready" and "pristine"...

When you answer you then get an advertisement back saying -they are part of a team and they want to sell you something and go see their listings and ect.I think this is very deceptive and I see no reason for it.
