I want to start wholesaling in Wisconsin and I was gunnho about it but now im fearing its illegal should i tell the seller my intent and assign the contract or should I try to get transitional funding somehow and purchase the property and flip it quickly.

Interest rates, quantitative easing, struggling foreign markets, millenials starting families, boomers relocating, job markets transitioning, populations migrating, are all examples of just a market with a combination of real estate friendly causes.

They just recently transitioned into Chicago thanks to some long-time real estate professionals who liked the model. 

As the market transitions to more a buyer friendly market, sellers may become more receptive to alternative options to conventional financing. 

As America goes to a more 'feudal' transition in next decade where land ownership is owned by a few and million of renters post-inflation period, this creates phenomenon that many of the institutions wanna be a landlord.
