If you're in it that's one thing but your post doesn't come across that way.Most builders I know won't touch a single structure project unless it's super high end ($1.5M +) because there is just simply not enough margin in it for them.

I realized that the best way for me to get any deals is to spend money marketing and advertising directly to owners.I just signed a lease for my first office space and will begin marketing and advertising shortly.In the meantime, I am looking to network with other like minded real estate investors and would appreciate any and all advise and or feedback.Thanks for listening and hope to stay in touch!

I have a solid career currently, and have no plans on making any changes with it and am looking to create additional passive income and long term equity.I've touched base with my local REIA and plan to attend the next meeting this month.
