MTR is a hospitality business, similar to the STR, more upfront cash, you are being thoughtful and intentional around how you present, offer, and welcome guests on the front end, plus the same leasing, monthly payments, maintenances requests as a LTR; but you a get a more money monthly. 

Real estate us a better investment than business or the stock market.

I'm an agent in Charleston but as the market continues to warm, the state seems to get smaller & my company is doing business more in that area. 

I know you posted this long time ago, but I hope you are killing it in your wholesaling business.

;-) To be honest, the MBA does not prepare you for that area of business in my opinion.
