We felt really good about the offer so I'm wondering if we are dealing with a situation where the company handling the foreclosure isn't responding or if it is most likely an issue with the LA. 

I had a small business, so my credit is an issue.

We never had an issue with robberies and I don't really want to void the window warranties and ruin this brand new purchase.

Well if not then I think we won't have zoning issues.

I am sure there are many other issues and violations as nothing was permitted.

I don't know the business, campground nor any of the people/ issues involved but found it interesting.

I'm where you were at right now Hi Sarah, my brother had this same issue when he was remodeling his basement about a year ago.

@Brian Junkert I'm confident that you are mistaken about the "someone paying your taxes, and charging you a bunch of fees", "because they want to" issue.  

If you see some cracks in the foundation or building, show pictures of it and how it's a huge issue.
