It's a low stress business ( as long as you don't over leverage and can sell your product ).

If you're trying to relieve financial/general stress by investing in RE, I'd say investing in rough neighborhoods isn't the best path to go down.3.

When this fails, it allows hot water to flow backwards out of the tank back into the supply line when there's cold water running through the T that feeds the tank.

As @David T. said, it looks like a half a rehab without landscaping, and the fact that this hasn't sold after several price reductions says that the price isn't right for what you're offering.

Dust, debris, noise, unusable spaces, eyesores, etc I've heard of/seen too many stories of stressed relationships and intolerable living situations after much longer than expected rehab projects when living in the property..

Thanks, @David T. - that's an angle I hadn't considered, of using the time to advertise that we *buy* properties.
